Albany Twp. Hist. Soc. POW-WOW program this coming Monday

5- The Albany Township Historical Society will hold its next meeting
THIS Monday, May 21 at 7:30 PM, at the Albany Elementary School in
Kempton.

Jesse Tobin will discuss the history and evolution of the
Braucherei (Pow Wow) tradition--along with its techniques, beliefs,

Pennsylvania German healing arts.

She graduated from the Herbal Therapeutics School of Botanical
Medicine in 2006. She has a bachelor'sdegree in Healing Arts from
Prescott College and over the past five years has studied in the
traditional PA-German healing practice known as Braucherei.
