The Historical Society of Berks County (HSBC) is pleased to announce their newest exhibit, All Aboard! The 175th Anniversary of the Reading Railroad! From camelback steam locomotives to the well remembered Iron Horse Rambles steam excursion program, this exhibit is a comprehensive history of what was once the biggest company in the world. Renowned local historian and noted author Benjamin L. Bernhart is our guest curator.

This exhibit has been assembled from over fifty different lenders including The Franklin Institute, Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania, PHMC, The Reading Public Museum, and many collectors and former employees of the company.

This special exhibit will be open until January 10, 2009.
