At this point we will assume that you have downloaded the file for Garmin GPS units (4cent.gpx) and the file is on your desktop

Connect your Garmin to your PC using the USB cable. Open My Computer, after a few seconds a Garmin icon will appear (it may or may not look like the icon shown here)

Right Click on the Garmin icon, select Explore from the menu. The screen below will open.

If there is a GPX folder (as shown above), drag the previously downloaded 4cent.gpx file into that GPX folder.
If you do not see a GPX folder, drag the 4cent.gpx file into the Garmin folder.
Disconnect your Garmin from the computer.

Start up your Garmin. Tap on "Where To"

Navigate your way to the "Favorites" icon. Tap on the Favorites icon.

This screen will appear. Tap on "All Favorites"

A list of waypoints will appear. Tap on the property you want to navigate to.

A screen similar to the one below will appear. Tap on "Go!" and your Garmin will lead you to the property you selected.
